What are the advantages of cross-generational corporate management? In our view, organizations benefit tremendously from a leadership level that is characterized by different generations.
On the one hand, the younger generation benefits significantly from the expertise and experience of the other. On the other hand, the high dynamism of the young generation and their openness to new technologies, media and markets act as a strong drive for the company.
